3.enter your Receiver's Name,then you will get your tracking number.

 

RETURN POLICY 

Before enjoying easy exchange ,please contact us for shipping address if you want to send items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

As to quality problems or mistaken version, please take photos of the items and send them to us. We take full responsibility if quality problems are concerned.

If you would like to exchange items for a different style or request refund, please inform us the tracking number after the items are being shipped back. Once we receive your package, we will ship the item you reorder or refund your payment.

EXCHANGE

We will accept exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive the items.

All items sent back to us must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached.

You will be responsible for the cost of return postage, shipping, exchanges, handling.

We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
