Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The displayed photo and printing may not exactly same due to light effect. we only receive the return due to our mistake (eg: wrong item, broken item). We can not accept refund or return item due to buyer mistake (eg: wrongly chose the type of product). We offer a 100% refund on most purchases if returned in the condition in which they were sold within 30 days beginning on the day after you received the Products. The refund is only offered if the Products are not used and returned to us in their original condition.

Once you decide to return the goods for whatever reason you must not use them and must handle all products with extreme care while they remain in your possession. The goods must be returned to us intact, undamaged, and as soon as reasonably possible. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

If the item you received is faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered, please contact quoting your order reference number, your name and address, contact phone and details of the product as well as the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Once we have received the item, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund or a replacement (as requested) if appropriate, subject to our confirmation of the fault.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or PayPal account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sale@hamimelons.com

Shipping
To return your product, send us an email first at sale@hamimelons.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
